The pasta salad was... read more I absolutely loved the Experiment 626 chicken sandwich! Everything was perfect—the pickles, bun, spam, and the Aloha sauce were all amazing. The pasta salad was decent, and the lemon pepper slaw had a sweeter flavor, but it was still really good! I really hope this sandwich becomes a permanent menu item. I can’t believe I didn’t find this place earlier. I will definitely be coming back!
