Cafe 21 is good alternative to the only other 24 hour restaurants in the city, Pancake Manor and Hungry Jacks.

Very decent prices and gtlreat tasting. They make their own bread and it's delicious. Portion sizes are generous. Have had both the chicken and the lamb. Very good!
