This KFC used to be our local but is steadily on the decline. Zinger burger was rock solid, lettuce was wilted could tell that the burger was made a very long time ago but neglected until it was fately ordered by yours truly. Scored a free serving of popcorn chicken but it was also cold, not even lukewarm. Im a sucker for free food, but not free food poisoning thanks. I visited the KFC Kingsway drive thru on Monday night 6th November 2023 and after placing an $80 order for a group of people I arrived home to find half my the order missing. I contacted the store and Matthew took my complaint. Matthew repeatedly apologised for the mistake and offered to resolve the issue. I then returned to the store and Matthew was having his dinner, the young girl interrupted him to come from out the back and serve me. Matthew was very professional and offered me an additional pop corn chicken to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to make two trips to the store. Whilst mistake’s happen and the staff are children it’s all about how the error is rectified. Thanks Matthew for the positive experience in dealing with my complaint effectively and efficiently.
