Inside, the atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, with beautiful decor and a warm, professional team. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every course was a work of art creative, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. Chef Christian Scharrer’s tasting menu was a true journey, and the wine pairings elevated it even further. The service was flawless attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. This is more than just a meal it’s a celebration of fine dining in one of the most beautiful places in Germany. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the professional, attentive service remained consistent throughout our stay. You can truly feel that hospitality is a top priority here. Our Schlosszimmer room in level 2 was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. I was especially impressed by the balcony view – a breathtaking panorama that we won’t soon forget. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the bathroom was flawless – top-quality materials, and a rain shower that was simply a dream. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight – fresh, diverse, and featuring both regional and international options. The 2 Michelin Star restaurant „Courtier“ also deserves a special mention: world-class cuisine combined with exceptional service that was both discreet and attentive. Also the WEISSENHAUS Bootshaus is definitely worth a visit. The awarded wellness area was beautifully designed and well-maintained – the perfect place to unwind. Sauna, steam room, pool, and relaxation zones were never crowded and always spotless. Final verdict: This hotel sets a new standard in comfort, service and quality. Pure quiet luxury! I can wholeheartedly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next stay.
