Saturday 1 p.m., in the display 2 dry pretzels and a sandwich.... an employee was busy preparing several Crossinos and sandwiches. I looked over the counter and was immediately snapped at with a NO..I didn 't even know what was happening to me. probably because of my astonished look, the employee was motivated to go one step further. What exactly about NO didn 't you understand now? As long as I 'm not done here, nothing comes in ..... you could certainly explain that to the customers in a friendly way and I didn 't offer the employee the first name either..... half of the dishes were definitely already ready, but they will be sold not yet... not able to replenish the counter, but belittle the customers... Thumbs up. I know that it is currently difficult to get employees, but if you have such outrageous ones, you shouldn 't be surprised if you end up with more employees than customers.... unfortunately I had already filled up, but today was definitely the last time
