I have visited this coffee shop chain on 5 different occasions and have always been impressed with the passionate and hardworking staff. Despite occasional queues, the perfect coffee is always worth the wait. The only downside is that the Bakewell tarts could be a bit fresher. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. I visited this café for the 1st time on May 5th 2014, while on a long leisurely walk from Clapham Junction SW11 to Shiv Darshan (Indian Savouries Shop) in Tooting. I decided to stop and have a coffee a cake. I enjoyed that so much, that on my way home I stopped off and had my lunch there.
I decided to go to Costa Coffee because the breakfast at the hotel nearby was awful. The coffee and freshly baked croissants were absolutely delicious.
This Costa is lovely. It is spacious and bright. The coffee and pastries are always good, but this specific location is especially nice with plenty of comfortable seating in armchairs and couches.
This is my favorite Costa location. The staff is very friendly and attentive, with a good selection of items. The restaurant is very nice and clean, making it a great place to meet up with friends.
I have visited several Costa locations and you can always expect consistent food and drinks. What really impressed me about this particular branch was the staff. They were very efficient, exceptionally friendly, and cheerful. They really brightened my day - thank you, girls!
