Instead, they have a Vegan Firebird, a plant-based version of what I assume is their signature burg, and it is excellent. If you like spice, look no further. You can also get vegan wings as a side or as a main with chips and slaw. Good stuff surrounded by other food trucks with more vegan options! Wanaka delivering the goods, for real, no cap.
