The staff was incredibly fr... read more We initially intended to visit a different food truck, but ended up at Buddhas Corner because they had more appealing vegan options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped explain which items on the menu were vegan. There were plenty of choices, including two daily specials. The food we tried was all delicious. We would definitely return. One suggestion for improvement would be to clearly label which menu items are vegan.
