Contribute Feedback What Wendy K likes about Kroger Bakery:
Probably the friendliest and most welcoming Kroger I have ever been too. I'm there weekly getting my groceries and other household items. So glad to have this location 15-20 minutes from my home. I find it always clean and fairly well stocked. I try to get there when they open at 8 am to avoid the Saturday crowds. View all feedback.
What David L doesn't like about Kroger Bakery:
Shut down your sushi station! Serving 4 day old sushi is a health hazard, and made me extremely ill. I'll be calling the health department because of this issue. Clean this store up! It's disgusting. Even my cat wouldn't touch the tuna. Excuse me now, I have to vomit. View all feedback.
Three days ago, I had an unfortunate experience at the Walton Kroger. If you enjoy being pressured into getting a Kroger credit card, this is definitely the place for you! Mary Lou is the employee to see—she doesn't take "no" for an answer and will persistently push her sales pitch. Not only that, but she seems to relish in publicly embarrassing customers. If you're in the mood for some unwanted confrontation, I highly recommend visiting this Kroger!
It's frustrating to think that hard-working customers like us are being asked to do the checkout work ourselves. We spend time searching for our items, especially with all the recent rearrangements in the store, and now we have to ring ourselves up? It just doesn’t make sense. Many of us believe our hard-earned money deserves proper service, including having staff available to scan and bag our groceries. I think a good solution would be to conduct a community survey to gather feedback on how shoppers feel about these changes. Just ask customers at the entrance over the course of a week! I’ve become increasingly dissatisfied with Walmart due to their reliance on self-checkouts, which has resulted in a shortage of cashiers and generally slower service. If Kroger continues down this path, I may have to find a store that values their customers and respects our hard-earned money. That said, I do appreciate that your location offers a wider variety of products compared to Walmart. However, it's crucial to remember that people like having options; we don’t want to feel forced into a choice. We are not cattle!
I really enjoy this Kroger; they offer a fantastic variety of products. However, I was a bit let down by the bakery. I visited to order a cake for a baby shower, but there weren't many options available. I ended up ordering one, even though it looked quite generic. I was hoping for some really cute cake decorations, especially since the rest of the store has such a wide selection. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it tastes good.
Great store. Click list is a wonderful idea but still needs help with proper execution months later. Please Kroger, hire more employees for peak hours. Use analytics to figure out which hours are peak for grocery pick up, and have enough personal on hand to accomplish the loading task in timely manor. Would be a nice goal to set start to finish times of 5 minutes or less. It should not take 45 mins to an hour to receive a click list order. Once this issue is resolve it will be a perfect 5 Star store.
Fresh bread is made daily, and it's a great spot for birthday cakes!
