Decent Diner Food. I don't understand why some people are surprised to find a roadside diner in rural Kentucky filled with locals who smoke and a waitress who calls you "baby." Basic accommodation with a fantastic hamburger! nothing beautiful at this top, only fine people with the home touch. Daily blue plate specialties.
Fantastic food. They even have blueberry pancakes. Wow! I must see when you’re up in Kentucky. If you like it give them a five star rating and pass it on. If you don’t tell the owner. Dine here! Family's is a cozy restaurant known for its generous portions. Their sandwiches and salads are so huge that you’ll struggle to finish even half, so be sure to grab a takeaway box. I can't recommend visiting at a specific time since they're always busy, which can complicate parking. Each time I visited, there was a wait for my meal, but I understand how busy the staff is. My drink was always refilled promptly. Family's is excellent. Be sure to eat here if you find yourself in Walton!
