Highams Lounge - Waltham Forest

I went to a coffee shop with a friend. We had to wait to be served and I had to ask if we could place our order. I mentioned that I am diabetic and asked if they used the right milk in my coffee. The waiter showed me the carton of almond milk and warned me not to drink it if I didn't like it. It was a bit disappointing, considering that the service is usually great there. The waiter was much more polite to the group of men sitting nearby.

This café is stunning with delicious food. It is always spotlessly clean with tables being cleaned regularly. The service is excellent and friendly.

That is my third attempt to enjoy this caffe. they have either from ingredients, extremely bad customer service and rude. very inflexible. I felt like a last. I ate a fabulous pizza here once so tried to come back, but owner. was sooo rude that it was obviously made that it was a labor for him to serve us.

"The sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the cakes are beautiful. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely worth a visit."

Can’t wait to get back inside for breakfast coffee, best food drinks, coupled with ultra nice staff, cakes pastries to die for, highly recommend
