Papa Gino's - Waltham

I have been going every Saturday for my boys Lunch. Every time I pick up I am greeted with respect and cheerfulness. My order is hot and always ready. I love the waltham store. It is only 13 minutes away from us and easy to get too. We love PapaGino's pizza. Very happy this location is close to us. Concord Mass location closed many year ago and so did the Bedfordlocation. I am so glad this location is open and as always the food is delicious. Thank you for such wonderful service.

$1 for a half filled container of Frank's red hot sauce? Talk about desperation for money. The picture was taken after I removed the lid. None was used The food was okay, laughably small portions. The front counter guy was nice though, which is why there's2 stars. Nostalgia brought me here but this tarnished the good feelings I had towards the place.

I am always pleased with both the customer service and the food, which is consistently cooked to perfection during every visit. My favorite item on the menu is definitely the Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese pizza, as shown in the picture. Without a doubt, this is the best Papa Gino's I've ever visited—no exaggeration! The store truly stands out thanks to the hard work and dedication of managers Jay and Taylor, as well as their friendly and welcoming staff. I highly recommend visiting this location! (Although I think the corporate side could improve the amenities a bit, overall, excellent job, Papa Gino's!)

EXCELLENT SERVICE. DELICIOUS FOOD. Taylor was fantastic, and the entire staff was wonderful. I experienced better service at this Papa Gino's than at some five-star steakhouses. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was incredibly fresh. I will definitely return!
