We ordered from here for the first time today. When it arrived the food was cold and one of the burgers was missing. I called about the missing burger and they told me that because we ordered delivery I had to reorder the burger online. I asked if there are any delivery minimums that would cause an issue with a small order. I was told that there would be no problem. I tried to make the order online and of course there is a minimum and I couldn't complete it. I called back and they didn't answer. it took four tries before they answered only for them to tell me that they couldn't help me. That was our first and last experience with 5 Guys. There are many more reliable places to order from.

Great burger and fries. This location did a great job. Only wish I remembered to have them double bag the fries, they tend to leak through the bag. And you have to go searching for your burger through all the fries they pile on top. Should probably get them separate next time.

No English speaking people, had to figure out that the Hamburgers were in the bottom of the bag with the burnt fries on top was not satisfied...
