However, what you get is half a duck sliced on the bone sitting in a pool of chilioil and soy sauce topped with chili peppers. The duck was tasty and tender and had been rendered down perfectly. Yes, this mightnot be for everyone since there are tons of bones, but I don't mind. It was delicious! They now have a helpful new menu thatincludes pictures. Second picture is Cold Water Shrimp $12.95). This is, in fact, the long-missed Swedish shrimp. I neverthought that I would encounter these guys over here. The texture was off a tad, but not by much, considering that these arepreviously frozen. These guys are tasty! The dipping sauce was also really delicious. I would absolutely have overlooked theseif it wasn't for the picture in the new menu. The waiter tried to translate where they come from, and his phone said the NorthPole, and that's pretty close. The North Sea would have been more accurate. Anyone else serving these?

Had (1) smoked and grilled lamb chops, (2) Aries Lanzhou beef noodles soup, (3) quick fried tripe, (4) sliced lotus and mixed vegetables, (5) Aries steamed fish and pork and chives dumplings. Everything was great, would eat again.

Delicious and reasonably priced Lanzhou ramen. A paid parking lot beside the restaurant. The noodle base is quite elastic ???and chewy. The meat is well made.

Incredible! One of the best Lanzhou hand pulled noodles I?ve ever had. The noodles were fresh and bouncy and the broth was addicting. The beef was also very tender. Big bowl too! Also really enjoyed and recommend the beef tripe in chili oil dish.

This place is highly recommended by my Waltham friend. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with enough seating space. The service and the food are pretty good! Came here for their signature Lanzhou Noodle Soup. Turned out we had too many dishes thatwe wanted to try? ordered Aries? Beef Offal Noodle, Spicy Duck Slices, Spicy Numbing Pork Intestines Stir Fried Pot, ChineseCrepes, Stir Fried Beef Pancakes? for two? and the server stopped us for ordering more. The Noodle came with a large bowl, thesoup was light and perfect, Spicy Stir Fried Pot and Stir Fried Pancakes were good too. The Duck and Crepes was ok. Overall,I?ll always come back!
