Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. There is a young woman who works there who always prepares my pizza perfectly.

I ordered a cowboy pizza with no sausage, Canadian bacon, and half black olives. Unfortunately, I received a pizza with half Canadian bacon and no black olives instead. The service was very slow and it took almost an hour to receive my order. I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Walked in today at 12/4 at 6:05 to the store and they said they cannot take my order because they said they close at 7. Sign said open and the doors were unlocked. I find this very unprofessional that they refused to take my order even though they were open. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and was taught never to do that to a customer.

I placed an order last week, a vegetarian pizza family size, and they made me wait out in my car due to COVID-19 and when I got home to cook pizza I found that they had added chicken to my order. I’m a vegetarian so I called manager and he would not refund my cc but told me I could get family two family size pizzas to correct the problem.
