Update: We have eaten at Nelly's numerous times since my original review in 2019, Nelly's is still one of our go-to restaurants in Spring Hill. We love their Strombolis and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Their pizza is also top notch. Last time we were there, they were very busy, but service was quick. What the R doesn't like about Nelly's Italian Cafe Pizza:
Nelly's biggest problem is their pizza is too good. Everybody wants it which becomes a problem because the location is too small to accommodate the popularity. It can be very tough to get a table. The takeout and delivery gets very backed up and there is usually a line to the door or out the door. Despite all that the pizza is really good. Authentic, traditional, Italian pizza done right. This is the most authentic Italian restaurant I've ever been to. I've traveled from the East coast to the West, gone North and South…Nellys is the best by far…way to go guys!!
This pizza is incredible. It tastes authentic with fantastic ingredients. I don't think I can ever eat from a chain pizza place again — this has converted me ha. Thank you Nelly's!
Great group of staff, great customer service and great food. It was our first time in and they helped us with our order. And we had a few laughs, will definitely be back. So go take your family and friends to enjoy some amazing Italian cousin. Thanks again to the amazing staff at Nelly's.
A verry thoughtful and respectable employee by the name of Kaleb or Caleb (sorry if i misspelled your name young man) took the time out of his busy work day to go outside and locate my lost debit card, after i had called and requested the task. Then he verry responsibly held it for me until i arrived. I rate this individual employee not 5 stars but 10. He exceeded his job description yet still managed to exel at his job.
