Faith, the server at the counter, asked how my day was going. I said, “not great, but hopefully this meal will make it better.” She was very friendly and food was good. She later brought out a hot apple pie, no charge, which paired well with my vanilla milk shake. Restored my Faith in humanity.

Don't waste your time or money with this location. I had a horrible experience here!

It’s 4:00 in the morning on Jan 6th and on my way to work i stopped here for the second time. im not sure who is working the window or taking the orders but i asked for my food to be fresh at the speaker before and after ordering he acted like he ignored me whenever i asked at the window if they was fresh he simple said it’s 4:00 in the morning with an attitude! like, i understand that it’s early sir but this might be the worst fast food place i have ever been too by far. the employee was extrem … – show

Ordered 3 chili pups, 4 cheese krystals, 2 fries, 1 chili cheese tots. Got 4 krystals without mustard even. Got the fries just fine. Got the cheese tots standing on end and upside down. What a gloopy mess.

I just love Krystal. The staff was kind, and the food was fresh and hot. That's all I ask for
