Awful customer service,very rude man on the phone.Tonight we ordered 2xburger box meals,consisting of a burger,chips and kebab meat,aswell as another meal.The b... read more Awful customer service,very rude man on the phone.Tonight we ordered 2xburger box meals,consisting of a burger,chips and kebab meat,aswell as another meal.The burger box meals were 9.95.However when we opened up the chicken burger meal, there were no chips and no donner meat.The box completely dry ,so no sign of any chips or meat,We paid 9.95 for this and was unacceptable.I called the shop , to be told by the rude person on the other end of the phone, that upon checking the cctv in the kitchen, he can see the items missing,were actually put in there.More or less called me a liar, he told me to go to the shop and view the cctv.THe whole reason we had delivery was so we didn't have to go out .The rude man,is welcone to cone and see the dry box which evidently did not contain any chips or meat.Will not be going there again ,Simply rude

The staff we spoke to on the phone were unpleasant, moody, and disrespectful. I am extremely let down, particularly by the unfriendly communication of the employees. I would not recommend ordering from here. Service: Delivery

Food is always got and tasty but the kebab meat can be a little too greasy at times which is sad and a waste of money because it's inedible. We get this delivered. Always on ot before time.
