Eat was hot and tasty, all portion sizes were good, but the drinks are often wrong or even not there, the same for dives. While I know that to busy times the staff want to move the waiting queue, it seems to be intuitiw to get so inept order properly, as this only means that customers who review their order before they enjoy the waiting queue again to get their order changed, adding the waiting time.

However, I was disappointed by the size of the meal - it was too small to be considered a "Banquet." The food came in a large box, but the portion size was lacking. I had to double-check with the staff to make sure I received the correct order. Additionally, when I complained about missing hot wings, I was told I wasn't charged for them and there was no apology. The meal, priced at £9.99, included 3 strips, popcorn chicken, chips, beans, and a drink, which I felt was more suitable for a children's meal. Overall, I was not satisfied with the portion size and the service and felt like I was overcharged. I won't be returning.

I even had to call to remind them that I was still waiting in the car park.
