Kfc - Walsall

I ordered a Boneless Banquet and 4 hot wings with the intention of sharing it with my son. However, I was disappointed by the size of the meal - it was too small to be considered a "Banquet." The food came in a large box, but the portion size was lacking. I had to double-check with the staff to make sure I received the correct order. Additionally, when I complained about missing hot wings, I was told I wasn't charged for them and there was no apology. The meal, priced at £9.99, included 3 strips, popcorn chicken, chips, beans, and a drink, which I felt was more suitable for a children's meal. Overall, I was not satisfied with the portion size and the service and felt like I was overcharged. I won't be returning.

I had to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru for 6 hot wings. The service was very slow and they need to improve it drastically. I even had to call to remind them that I was still waiting in the car park.

The chicken was cold and took approximately 30 minutes from ordering to delivery. The fries were terrible and covered in a strange seasoning that tasted like pepper. I wish they just had plain fries instead. I won't be ordering from or visiting KFC again anytime soon.

Awful. Very dirty inside. The toilets were Revoluting saw rats outside by the overflowing bins. Would not go back.

Was really expensive, nothing like the photos. Quarter of a slice of cheese, barely any chips, tortilla wrap looked pale, 2 bits of chicken. Staff looked unhygienic.
