The manageress is great, the staff is brilliant, and the beer is lovely. However, it is always empty. It is Sunday at 2pm and there are only 4 people there. There must be a reason for this. It is not the location, it is not the staff, it is not the beer, so what could it be?

The cleanl... read more The pub in Walsall is the best by all standards. The beer is excellent and served in crystal clear glasses. The atmosphere is enhanced by nice music. The cleanliness of the tables and toilets is commendable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it was the best afternoon I've had in a long time, especially with the current weather. And now, they even allow vaping inside. I can't think of anything else to add, it's a lovely place and I wish I could visit more often.

A simple direction with a smile would have sufficed. The waitress then served our drinks in metal cups with her fingers around the rim, which made us uncomfortable during a pandemic. It would have been more hygienic if her fingers were on the handle instead. Overall, the experience felt grubby and unpleasant, prompting us to leave and not return. Additionally, I felt out of place for ordering soya milk with my coffee, as they only had cows milk available. This lack of options made the place seem outdated and unprogressive.

After being turned away at another restaurant, Bar 10 welcomed us with open arms and provided us with exceptional food, drinks, and service. The staff were all fantastic and made our experience truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future. Bar 10 has inspired us to support smaller, local businesses rather than big chain restaurants. These smaller establishments are what truly make dining out a pleasure. We had a wonderful time and are grateful for the amazing experience. Thank you so much!
