However the tiles in the bathroom are incredibly slippery with just the steam from the shower making them dangerous. My wife walked into the bathroom and had a fall causing severe bruising and a lower back injury however there was no one around to report it to as reception was gone and no one around. Additionally and this isn’t really the management’s fault but the people next door smoked like chimneys just outside the rooms and the horrible smell went in everywhere including our room. Make a designated smoking area well away from the rooms please. Rooms: Watch out the bathroom tiles are very slippery with the slightest bit of moisture and are dangerous.
