I visited this restaurant last Sunday. The coffee tasted weak, as if not enough coffee grounds were used. Upon entering, it appeared that they focused more on the Drive-Thru customers. Our coffee took a long time to be served. The female manager stood around staring at people without saying hello. Parking was difficult to exit and there was no automatic door opener for wheelchair accessibility.
I'm not sure what it is about this particular restaurant location, but my experience here is always difficult. This drive-thru is the slowest I've ever encountered at any chain restaurant with a drive-thru. This issue is consistent regardless of the time of day. I have waited in line here as early as 4:45am for 10 minutes. I often receive incorrect orders, even when it is not busy. There could be only one car behind me and I will still be given the wrong order. Hopefully Dunkin' Donuts takes note of this review and addresses the issues. If not, I would suggest avoiding this location.
Disgusting store. Horrible service. Manager Narjwa is very rude and condescending .
