One emplo... read more This is a decent spot for poke. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Out of the four staff members present, none acknowledged our presence. One employee was on the phone having a personal conversation and didn't even turn around. I understand that orders need to be placed at the kiosk, but a simple greeting would go a long way. Additionally, it would be nice if the staff preparing food with long hair wore hairnets or tied their hair back. On a positive note, the food is fresh and quite good. As for parking, it’s generally satisfactory, and you can usually find a spot.

One of the staff members behind the counter was talking loudly on his phone while we were trying to figure out the ingredients, and he continued to ignore us until we realized no one was there to help. The only time someone spoke to us was to call out our order number. It would greatly enhance the experience to have more personal customer service, but if this system works for them, then that's fine. **Vegetarian options:** You can likely order nearly anything without meat; while the menu is mainly seafood-focused, there are options without land animals. **Kid-friendliness:** There's ample space for a nice family dinner. **Parking:** Finding a parking spot can be challenging if it’s busy, but with a bit of patience or by circling the building, you should be able to find a spot relatively quickly. **Wheelchair accessibility:** There’s plenty of room and easy access into the restaurant. **Dietary restrictions:** If you have any dietary restrictions, it’s advisable to check the menu before going.

The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and I was impressed with the portion size; personally, as a petite Asian girl who doesn't eat much, it felt like a lot. In terms of taste, the food was quite good—fresh and satisfying enough to satisfy a craving. I ordered the salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna poke bowl, along with a Hokkaido milk tea, which was also quite tasty. Overall, I had a positive first impression!

The food was simple but good. A little disappointed with a few items from the social media that were not available with the updated menu.

The small poki bowl will fill you up b... read more Today after my last day of school, I decided to give a go at poki maki and I gotta say it was definitely worth the price! The small poki bowl will fill you up but if you want more variety you can go with the large poki bowl. I went with the small and I gotta say, the taste of the tuna combined with the fresh salmon and crab salad was a burst of natural and great flavor that I have tasted in sushi but this by far is the greatest that I have ever tasted it as! So delicious and flavorful! I also had a california roll not a bad price at only 3.99 you can't beat that. The small poki bowl was I believe around 13 but it was well worth it. I will definitely come to this place again as they have gotten a new satisfied customer! ?
