We tried the new Toasted Italiano sandwich, which looked loaded with meat in the pictures, but in reality, it only had three slices of thin, disappointing meat. Such a letdown! On top of that, the bag of chips only contains 1 ounce—just a tiny serving. Seriously, why is that the case? It’s hard to understand. Because of this experience, I’m likely going to stop visiting Panera Bread altogether. I used to go there about once a week, but not anymore after this change.

He engages me in conversation about the weather and my day, addresses any issues that may arise, all while wearing a friendly smile. I'm not certain if he holds a managerial position, but he exudes a sense of leadership that positively influences the entire staff. Whenever I visit and see him working, I can expect excellent service. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received from Panera, especially thanks to Chris.
