I can believe how dirty this restaurant is. The floor was covered in dirt and the HVAC registers are covered in grime. We had to ask to have our table cleaned. It was covered in food crumbs.

Panera Bread has completely revamped their menu, and unfortunately, the quality has taken a hit. We tried the new Toasted Italiano sandwich, which looked loaded... read more Panera Bread has completely revamped their menu, and unfortunately, the quality has taken a hit. We tried the new Toasted Italiano sandwich, which looked loaded with meat in the pictures, but in reality, it only had three slices of thin, disappointing meat. Such a letdown! On top of that, the bag of chips only contains 1 ounce—just a tiny serving. Seriously, why is that the case? It’s hard to understand. Because of this experience, I’m likely going to stop visiting Panera Bread altogether. I used to go there about once a week, but not anymore after this change.
