Jack's - Walnut

1st time eating at a Jacks. We were very impressed. 2 2-piece fried chicken dinners with homemade biscuits for $15. Chicken legs were thick juicy but cooked done in the center. We will eat here again!

Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't have them without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at a Jack's because they're always so rude. Service: Take out

The food was terrible. The fries were overcooked and cold, my husband couldn’t eat his burger, it was cold,bun was stale, my chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Employees were standing around and not working as a team.We travel highway 72,quiet a bit. We do not plan on eating there ever again. Where the rest of my meat order a big breakfast sandwich and got robbed for my meat one little piece
