I had to wait a minute or two on the coleslaw but no problem. The service was excellent and my food was good. If I'm in the neighborhood, I'll be back. Chicken legs were thick juicy but cooked done in the center. We will eat here again!

We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a... read more Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't have them without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at a Jack's because they're always so rude. Service: Take out

My chicken... read more The food was disappointing. The fries were overcooked and cold, my husband couldn't finish his burger because it was also cold and the bun was stale. My chicken sandwich was tough and dry. The employees seemed to be standing around instead of working together efficiently. We travel along Highway 72 fairly often, but we have no intentions of eating there again. On a positive note, the only thing I noticed that was good about this Jacks was its wheelchair accessibility. Service was for dine-in only.
