I waited a minute or two for the coleslaw, but it wasn’t an issue. The service was excellent, and the food was good. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely return.

I waited 20 minutes just to reach the speaker to place my order. When I finally got there, the voice asked me to hold on for a moment. After waiting another 10 minutes with no response, I drove off without ordering. I ended up wasting half an hour and still had to go elsewhere for food. This place is terrible and incredibly slow!

We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't havethem without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at aJack's because they're always so rude.

Dry burgers and greasy buns with hand crafted potato stumps, large fry is kinda pathetic because it 's very small and the food was not even warm when served. They Also made my child 's burger plain, and neither had cheese on it. Not that it would have melted anyway, who knows how long that food sat out.

The staff seemed to be arguing, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
