I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp and the shrimp and chili peppers were not fresh. Casey the waiter was very personable and trying to do the best he could. It wasn’t busy but short staffed and took a long time for my drink because the bartender went on break and had to wait for her to return. I really like PF Changs, but was disappointed with the quality of food. I’ll try another PF Changs in another city. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's Walnut Creek:
The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Friday night, a stark difference from five years ago when it was always bustling and we had to wait for a spot at the bar. The food was decent—not exceptional, but good. The service was efficient, likely due to the limited number of diners. However, we won’t be returning. View all feedback.

The hot and tangy soup was delicious, as were the salad shells. I can’t wait to have them again and explore other dishes on the menu!
The restaurant was impeccably clean and the food was outstanding.
The place has not been kept, you can see a dirty kitchen from the dining room food is good but I don’t trust a dirty kitchen
Took them really long to serve two adults and one kid. Food was very greasy.
