What User doesn't like about Oyama Sushi:
We ordered lunch by DoorDash for a company dinner. I ordered a lunch binto box with two items I choose Chicken Teriyaki and Sashimi. On the menu it shows 6 pcs, but I received only 3 pcs! The ordered came late. I wasn't happy with the food, the chicken rice was cold and both color / taste of Sashimi just doesn't look fresh. They also gave no soy sauce! I ordered the super crunchy roll and the gyoza, and both dishes were delicious. I was pleased that they remembered to add the requested eel sauce on the side. The food also arrived quickly, which was great.
Oyama is always reliable. The rolls are creative and delicious.
The rice was cold and hard-my guess is leftover from night before or perhaps lunch service. The rolls were packaged such that they were on top of one another and tightly squished in the box. Two of our 8 rolls were falling apart. For 8 rolls, we got one portion of pickled ginger and wasabi. One of our rolls was missing from the order. It was an extremely poor and pricey experience.
The food was cold and lacked flavor. The fried banana was not cooked properly.
I always order sushi from Oyama because it is fresh and reasonably priced. Thank you.
