What Jenifer Reed doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I was very disappointed! I ordered the nuggets that's what I luv best there and I asked for honey mustard dip. I had already left before I opened the dipping sauce but when I did it was solid and smelled rotten, both packs were Hideous and I couldn'teven eat the nuggets afterwards. Does not matter what time of day, this location will be packed. I recommend using the mobile app to order ahead for in -store pick up for the quickest turn around. A few occasions I spent 25 minutes in line for the drive through which is not unheard of. Besides the wait, great food and service as expected. They just need a better system to help get customers in and out of the drive through faster. View all feedback.
