My mother was supported at the entrance of the place and fell really bad on the knees and shoulders, it did not ask again the whole evening as she goes or whether she needs some ice cubes to cool or something. I called again the next day and described that my mother didn't go well and she was with the doctor and that she had to go to the MRT and the lady left my phone on the phone, but she wanted to go on.
