The review written on Apr... read more I have frequented San Marinos many times, and I've always found the food to be EXCELLENT, with a friendly and efficient waiting staff. The review written on April 25th was completely unreasonable and understated the experience. It's hard to believe that every aspect could be as negative as the reviewer claimed; that seems implausible no matter where you are. The review seemed so far-fetched that I have to question the author's intentions. It sounds like it may be the work of a jealous competitor.

Unfortunately, our seemingly clueless waitress struggled to take our order, needing to clarify things about four times. The wings were overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside, while the salad was wilted and unappetizingly yellow. There were also two other tables nearby that were waiting for their food. Our main courses took an entire hour to arrive and they were incredibly disappointing! The pizza and eggplant parmesan were burnt, the ravioli lacked any flavor, and the shrimp parmesan bore no resemblance to shrimp. At the end of our meal, the waitress brought us some zeppole and said they were complimentary. That was the only highlight of the meal, as it was the only thing that tasted decent. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling quite dissatisfied.
