My husband and I stopped here for dinner we were really hopping to like this place but we spent the entire night just waiting around. We sat and waited awhile for a drink order then waited a while for drinks and to place our order. We waited patiently as the waitress said they were busy, we couldn’t see the other side so we just said no problem and waited. It was wing night so for an appetizer we put in 2 dozen wings, I ordered a burger medium, my husband ordered the meatloaf with gravy special and a cup of chili. We watched as people who ordered after us started getting food, and still sat patiently. Then my husband’s meatloaf came out, and after 20 minutes my burger and wings came out. My husbands meatloaf was ketchup meatloaf with gravy on top, he wasn’t a fan and decided to just wait for the wings and chili. My burger came out it was well done but it was okay, nothing to write home about. My wings were okay but I wasn’t a fan of the quality of the chicken. After at least another 20 minutes my husbands wings came out and they were basically just bones, he had like no meat to them. Eventually the waitress came to check on us and he ask if he could order a burger as his wings had no meat and he couldn’t stomach the meatloaf. She told us the kitchen was closed at this point and she couldn’t put orders in. He said okay no problem what about my chili? And she went back to the kitchen and was told an order couldn’t be placed it was too late. Even though we already ordered it. Which we asked and the waitress disappeared for about 15 minutes where she ran food and whispered to the bar tender. Only to come back and say she would take the wings and drinks off the bill but they could not give him the chili. She then proceeded to tell us that she noticed halfway through our order that the ticket got ripped or misprinted in the kitchen and that’s why the order came out the way it did and I’m sure if she had said that at the halfway point we would have said no big deal but the fact she never said anything, let our food come out at all different times and then ghosted us, is what made us go from patiently waiting to annoyed. The food quality didn’t make up for the service issues, and the bar was just full of people yelling (not our vibe). We were really disappointed in the overall experience.
