If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I definitely would. I ordered a large caramel iced latte and found it bitter with no caramel swirl when I took my first sip. When I asked the woman if she could add some more caramel, she responded with an attitude, stating that there were already four pumps in it and that I should have mentioned my preference at the beginning of my order. How are customers supposed to know this when the store or Dunkin' doesn’t make such information clear? Many of us simply don’t know! To make matters worse, she said she would charge me extra for the additional caramel. I told her that was fine, and she added the swirl. When I inquired about how much I owed her, she said it would be nothing. Please work on improving your customer service and ensure that customers are informed about any changes in your policies!
Small dunkin shop inside convenience store, been there a few times and is always well staffed, they get your order pretty quick and right, even at 6 in the morning. A couple of small tables to eat in. A few parking spots and obviously, no drive-thru.
Came in to Dunkin’ Donuts and was immediately judged by one of their employees upon my request of what I decided to buy. I was also told by the employee that made the same comment about my decision that she did not want to cook anything for the day. Upon her response I immediately backed away in shock and grabbed the food and walked away in disgust. They didn’t even cook the food correctly as per my request. I will not be going back there if the supervisor Alejandra (some Dominican female with an attitude)! People who can’t work with people should not be working customer service.
