The ham and Brie sandwich was incredibly tasty - I just had to order it as soon as I saw it on the menu. It came with a delicious homemade honey mustard and the roll was really fresh. Despite being busy during the lunch rush, BMuse was very clean and our order arrived quickly. My mom enjoyed her Asian chicken salad and even requested some almonds for an added crunch. The cookies were a delightful treat as well! I do wish they were open on weekends, as it's rare for me to visit Wallingford during the week. I wish I lived or worked closer so I could come here more often.

The salads are outstanding, and creating your own salad is very easy. You simply check the boxes and you're done. The salads are very large, and I was surprised that my salad with all the toppings, delicious grilled chicken, and a water only cost around $12, not the $20 I was expecting. I have been here two days in a row now, and I think I have found my new favorite place to eat. Eating healthy has never been so convenient and delicious.
