I usually build my own salate and add tofu and cherry as my protein. the salads are very filled! just make sure they are careful with the dressings because some of them contain milk.

Every time I go here, I go with a container that is so full, it's hardly closed. this is a great value and makes a perfect fast lunch option.

The ham and Brie sandwich was incredibly tasty - I just had to order it as soon as I saw it on the menu. It came with a delicious homemade honey mustard and the roll was really fresh. Despite being busy during the lunch rush, BMuse was very clean and our order arrived quickly. My mom enjoyed her Asian chicken salad and even requested some almonds for an added crunch. The cookies were a delightful treat as well! I do wish they were open on weekends, as it's rare for me to visit Wallingford during the week. I wish I lived or worked closer so I could come here more often.
