What Aliviyah Royale doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I was disappointed with my order of half Mac and cheese and half Caesar salad at this restaurant. The salad had wilted pieces and I never received the bread that was supposed to come with it. This was the first time I had not been fully satisfied with my meal from here, although in general they are usually very good. It's possible they were trying to conserve ingredients. In most cases, it's not my first go-to when I'm thinking of a quick place to eat or even for a dine-in meal. But it's not necessarily because of anything I like or dislike about Panera. I'll happily agree that they have some very good options and can prepare a thoroughly satisfying meal, however, my reason for the 4 stars is mainly because not one of the many Paneras that is out there serves everything they claim to. It's almost impossible finding things like lobster bisque or even the clam chowder and I'm a huge soup enthusiast (excuse the term). So if you're looking for something that you found at your local grocer, chances are they're not gonna have it available at the local Panera.
Love it, clean social distancing and very sanitary have sanitizer everywhere! Awesome! It is now 2022 and Panera has Jylusdet an outstanding perspective on customer service. She was very professional and help me and my wife ordering making a enjoyable experience. Thank you for making her an employee that I believe she should be recognized for. Simply the best because it's who you first meet in a restaurant that sets the tone and she was right on key. AWESOME THANKS SO MUCH

This restaurant is not recommended. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru multiple times, even when there were only one or two cars ahead of me. The older man who seemed to be the manager did not communicate effectively with his team. I received the wrong order which was cold, despite being charged for a coffee that should have been free with my subscription. After waiting another 10 minutes for the correct order, I tried to communicate the issue with the manager but another worker came to the window asking the same thing. I had to leave without resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was frustrating and confusing.
