Omfg! If I could give him 20 stars, I would. I feel like I robbed my whole life because I never knew this place existed!!! It was my first time here and I ordered the loaded baked potato with smokey brisket and OMFG I never had a potato so good in my LIFE!!! BBQ is okay, but only average. The pages I chose were beans (above average very salty) and potato salad. The potato salad was stirred in only potatoes with the remainder. I no longer know about a Bland potato salad I've ever eaten and would not recommend it. The chopped beef sandwich is pretty good. We found this place by chance. We were looking for a Red Bull and man tried the Waller Dog. They had a variety of desserts and a few pages. There were dinning in the store with a variety of drinks and snacks. Husband really enjoyed the food.
Great food! I come here for the HUGE-baked potato. Loading with butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, BBQ and your choice of meat! These things weigh about 4lbs! Enjoy
This is definitely a two-sided review. The pros. The green beans are facing me. Overall satisfied with the food. However, the service is slow. The line quickly returns because they are not efficient to get food for customers. And finally, the price is relatively expensive. For two people and a child the sum ended almost $80. If I'm ever on my way back to Houston, I'll stop picking some green beans, but the BBQ is decent.
The empty plate says it all. Ribs and brisket slow smoked were just to the point of falling apart. The spicy BBQ sauce has a nice balance of vinegar and smoke. Not spicy.
The smoked brisket was excellent. Chopped beef was above average. The beans were very good. The body balls were average because the outside was hard, i.e. it was not freshly roasted. We will certainly visit again. I saw the loaded baking potatoes they're massive. Bands were above average. Potato salad was good, Cole Slav was also good.
