I was told by the manager that the order... read more I came to Subway to get food for my team, we have a game tonight and there’s no time for them to get food after school. I was told by the manager that the order was a catering order and she needed 24 hours notice to make it. I’ve taken teams to Subway multiple times and have never had an issue. It’s a shame that our team can’t get fed by the Subway in our own town. I told her this was for our high school volleyball team and was told sorry, can’t do it.I then called the closest Subway to us in Cypress and explained what I would need. They told me to come on in and they would fill the order. It’s sad that our local Subway was so unwilling to help out its own community, but another one would. We will never bring our money here again. What a joke.

Called the store and she said they will open at 10;30 ish. Not sure what's going on but we won't be back.

However, when we arrived at 9:28pm, we found the door open but the staff was in the process of closing up and informed us that they were already closed.
