Cielito Lindo - Waller

We were there at 11:30 on Saturday. chips were stale and hard, red and green salsa was tasteless...real... no heat and no taste! teller and eating was room temperature. my man tacos were in small hard stale dishes and only a small amount of spacetemp taco meat. small cold portion rice and roasted bean. my chicken enchiladas that came later were hot, but the thin red sauce on them was sweet...total surprise, sweet. I only ate the shrunk chicken inside..no cheese with the chicken. we were very disappointed. our waiter was beautiful and efficient and the decoration is beautiful, but we will not eat again on our next trip thru.

Not my first visit to this restaurant but it has been 10 years since last visit. Decided to go Sat at 5:30pm, was a little surprised that parking lot was empty with only 5 other cars. But it is July 4th weekend so that could explain the fact they were slow. I noticed some changes to the interior since my last visit and it still looks nice. They do have a lot of tables and the menu has a lot of choices. Waitstaff got our drink order right away and the waiter arrived shortly after to answer some questions we had and to take our order. We ate to many chips and salsa (like always) so we decided to get the quesadilla plate. My GF got the small and I went with the regular large. Included beans, and salad and sour green and guacamole. I add charro beans also. Pricing is mid range and food was very good. Service is very friendly and pretty fast. Will be back again for sure.

Place aight. I've been here for lunch a bunch of times and my go to is the steak fajita nachos. It's not the best I've ever had but it's good and I promise you won't leave still hungry. They give you good portions for your dollar. The full order is massive I always need a to go box. The half order is just right but it depends on how hungry you are. I've also had the enchiladas and street tacos and those are good too. The staff is very attentive and always coming by the fill your water(s)/drink(s). The salsa and chips are good which I always use with my main dish. Ask for a side of jalapenos and some tabasco sauce and go to town on the nachos you wont be disappointed. Get ready for a nacho nap!

Stopped here on our way home from Yogi and I'm so glad we gave it chance because it was so good! The food was great and their Raspberry margarita on the rocks was something to come back time and time again for. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure our experience was wonderful. I don't think our glasses ever got below half before someone was right there to fill us up again. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!
