I'm writing this as I leave the parking lot at 7:18 pm. I ordered nachos and a small Baja Blast. They told me they didn’t have any frozen drinks except mango and strawberry, but no Baja Blast. I just wanted a regular Baja Blast soda, so I settled for a Pepsi instead. They gave me a large Pepsi but didn’t provide a receipt, so I couldn’t check if I was charged for a large. At this point, I’m really confused—I’m not sure if the employee didn’t understand that I wanted a Baja Blast or if they were genuinely out of it and gave me a large Pepsi as a substitute. Without a receipt, I guess I’ll never know.

We stopped by the drive-thru after church. The person at the menu sounded a bit out of it, and not in a good way. When we reached the window, they changed the price, then later came back to ask if we had already paid. They returned again because there was an error in the charge the first time. They asked us to park, and about five minutes later, they brought us two burritos that we didn't order. I checked the receipt and noticed I was charged 30 cents more than what was listed on the menu, but I didn’t mention it. I eventually went inside and got my correct order after another five minutes. The burritos I ordered were poorly made, mostly just flour tortilla and loosely wrapped with air. I'm very disappointed.

I placed a mobile order and arrived 15 minutes after their scheduled opening time, only to find out that they would be delayed by another 10 minutes. When I inquired if they were supposed to open at 8, I was met with a very unhelpful attitude. It's important to have staff who can open the store on time and maintain a better demeanor toward customers!

The staff during my visit were fantastic, preparing my order accurately and deliciously. Typically, my orders at Taco Bell are often incorrect, but that wasn’t the case here!
