It's hard to put into words what makes this place so special. A truly original experience. Fun, sassy, laid back and unpretentious. Fantastic wine in a place with an even better sense of humor. My husband and I joined the wine club because we loved it so much. A must stop in Walla Walla. View all feedback.
I came to town after visiting a stuffy winery. I went out of curiosity to make a reservation. I entangled tasting very delicious wine and a few chance others that I buy. I even brought my dog and he played **** for a while as we enjoyed random country music and snacks. The owner drank with us. He opened a beautiful $100 bottle that I could taste and intended to buy. I can't recommend this place enough.
Okay....I'm totally biased.. I LOVE the gal who works behind the bar.. ..cute sassy and competent. The owner is a hunk....super charming. The wine is fabulous and well priced ...and the tasting room experience is,well, kinda naughty. My kinda place!
Great experience and great wine. We had fun, laughter and really enjoyed each other. We will tell our friends that this is a must in Walla Walla.
My friend and I moved to walla walla about two months ago. We met involuntary vibes and an unfriendly atmosphere that we went out in this conservative city, so we were discouraged to go out. When I heard from El Corazon and that they were a fun and unpretentious way to enjoy wine and a unique atmosphere, we decided to make a planned date from it. We came when it was barely opened on Saturday. Cathy immediately greeted us at the front and asked us if we wanted to make a tasting. We just told her we just wanted to relax and drink a glass. So we were invited to sit somewhere. And from the beginning, Cathy was very friendly and welcoming. She made us taste some wines before we committed to a glass, but we ended up in a bottle that Syrah 2016. That was a red with a very smooth finish. Cathy was so easy to talk to her and share her experiences while moving. We had a bright heart and a great conversation. Spencer, the owner, asked to accompany us at our table to which we said yes (of course). And we had a great time to learn more about his institution and him as a person. Thank you Spencer and Cathy for your warm welcome, positive moods and such a pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time. And I never personally recommend a winery, and I came from California, but I will recommend El Corazon if someone should ask. Great vibes and wonderful wine, there is really no reason not to come here. We're coming back!
Great people and wine. A personal experience as a lot of wineries in the area.
