I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff struggled to communicate clearly, and we did not receive what we ordered. They also overcharged me for my six-inch sandwich and didn’t mention that they don’t offer chopped salad. When I asked for a refund, they refused. If I could, I would give them negative stars. With the online deals it 's five stars.$6.99 tip is a normal price to pay for a footlong. Oh, and the sandwich was tasty! Thanks!!

Was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and the line did not move one spot. Not acceptable at lunch time when people only have 30 minutes to get food eat and get back to work. Terrible

Rude service on this visit. it’s not likely I’ll be back when there are other options in the area and another subway not far from this location. No thanks .
