Had a great time at this clean and family-friendly location. The staff was very attentive, making our experience enjoyable. While it claims to have been renovated, it seems not much has changed. Perhaps the location on 28th Street has seen some updates, but the Alpine venue is still nice and maintains the same layout and rides. However, it lacks a trampoline area like some other places do. Overall, it was a good experience. Kid-friendliness: The staff was very kind and attentive to the kids.
Honestly, I might be a little crazy, but the pizza was surprisingly delicious—really great, in fact! I didn't have high expectations, but it exceeded them by a long shot. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, the staff was very accommodating, and everything was enjoyable. As an adult, I would have preferred more actual games instead of so many ticket-based games, but I understand that's what the kids love, as they want to rack up tickets for Airheads and slap bracelets.
I highly recommend the Walker location! We brought our youngest granddaughter here for her first visit, and it was worth the drive from Muskegon since our local spot has closed down. She absolutely loved it and even learned to use the credit card quickly at just 2 years old! There were plenty of games and rides designed for her age group, which was fantastic. The place was clean, including the bathrooms! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially when it took her some time to choose how to use her 450 points. The food was great too. I just wish there were more characters walking around!
The only complaint I have is the price point. $60 WITH A COUPON for 2 kids to play for 1 hour without buying food. I bought 1 soda for all 3 of us to share. That's just not affordable which is why it's such a rare treat for me to take my kids. I'd love to take them more often, but way too expensive.
