who worked on this place on 7/26/22 was terrible. I waited for the empty drive too long and then in the window for another 10 minutes. not only was the waiting time ridiculous, but they got my order completely wrong and were extremely unfriendly. if I pay $7 for a drink, I expect a better customer service. The latte was poor quality. The staff showed little urgency. 02/20/22 ordered a Carmel latte. Very poor quality. Last visit.
Really disappointed with this biggby. I was extremely dehydrated and felt very light on the way home from work. I didn't need a coffee, no bagel. just a simple cup of water. but no, they pay 50 for a cup of water. I have never been in a single biggby who has accused for a cup of water, but it seems to me that there are a few “mr crabs” that run the place. my daughter worked here, and she came home every night and wept every night because she was badly treated by the administration. remember, she was only 17. I am disgusting with this biggby, and frankly they are absolutely the worst biggby I've ever been.

30 min wait 4 a $7 coffee with attitude from some grade school kid..never again bro. customer service skills are far below the standard
