I didn't need a coffee, no bagel. just a simple cup of water. but no, they pay 50 for a cup of water. I have never been in a single biggby who has accused for a cup of water, but it seems to me that there are a few “mr crabs” that run the place. my daughter worked here, and she came home every night and wept every night because she was badly treated by the administration. remember, she was only 17. I am disgusting with this biggby, and frankly they are absolutely the worst biggby I've ever been.

I waited for the empty drive too long and then in the window for another 10 minutes. not only was the waiting time ridiculous, but they got my order completely wrong and were extremely unfriendly. if I pay $7 for a drink, I expect a better customer service.

The latte I ordered was awful. I thought it might just have been an off day, so I gave it another chance a week later, but the coffee was still subpar. I ended up pouring it out.
