Shut this place down. I ordered at 5 pm and it was delivered at 545, bag 2 of 2 but no bag 1. I called the restaurant and explained. They said yeah its sitting... read more Shut this place down. I ordered at 5 pm and it was delivered at 545, bag 2 of 2 but no bag 1. I called the restaurant and explained. They said yeah its sitting right here, but they wouldn't deliver it. It was delivered by a third party, doordash their choice not mine. Wingstop said the delivery service was responsible, didn't take the second bag, and they didn't know why the driver didn't take the second bag. So I call the doordash number and they said they were only given one bag and were on their way into another county, but they'd contact their supervisor and get the rest of my order to me. Meanwhile I call the doordash help number. They said the order is marked as delivered and they can't dispatch another driver, but the restaurant processed the order and charged my card, and they know what to do, call them and they can fix it. Already did that and they refused. The total was near $80 and what I got cost less than $20. Most of our food was never delivered, and wingstop refused to send the rest of it.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, it had a strong odor similar to that of a public restroom. I couldn't stay and left right away. A customer mentioned that the unpleasant smell has been an issue for a long time. I'm baffled as to how the restaurant hasn't been shut down and how the staff can tolerate such an environment.

Walked in, placed my order, told the young lady my name for the order, even spelled it for her and couldn 't spell that right. I wanted 45 minutes for my order. Two people came in after me and left before me, spoke to the manager about it, he apologized,gave a lame excuse if I was here that wouldn 't have happened , but he was there. Will not be back to that one.
