McDonald's - Waldorf

The journey through experience is NIE as good as in. The lines are always long and hardly move. The staff gave me almost another order today and left the window so fast I couldn't even ask what I needed. I waited a minute before someone came into the window. I asked about Sauce and was handed over 1 pack. So I asked about someone else and they pretended they didn't hear me and didn't want to hear me. I think they never heard me say. Staff extremely unprofessional and could take care less about the way the franchise is seen as a whole!!! The lady who took my order was very polite, the staff who gave me my order are a shame for the unemployed who like to work at McDonald and treat people well!!!! Clean up your staff!!!!

It's always missing desserts for the kids, either we didn't do that or that or our machine. Trust me, that the machine is not broken, that the staff does not make the ice. McDonald is what!!

I went through the drive. My service for my order was fast. The girls who gave me my food, where very polite. Thank you? Elisabeth Kidwell

I chose to go inside today vs the drive thru. Clean quick and courteous. Oh and my food was on point! Who knew a sandwich without meat could taste so good. Let 's not forget my no whip, no drizzle, caramel frappe. I left with a smile on my face. Like others I too have been disappointed in the past but lately all I can say is Thank you very much! Especially for contnuing to risk your health to serve a hard to please group of people, myself included. Thanks again keep up the great work!

Stopped for breakfast this morning. I like bringing my employees a breakfast I ordered $31.00 in food! I ordered 4 sausage burritos and 2 hash browns 3 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles, 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, twos sausage egg and cheese biscuits a medium strawberry banana smoothie and a medium orange juice. I waited 36 minutes for a smoothie. The drive through was chaos I was passed over 4 times before a manager finally acknowledged i was waiting to be served. By the time we got out of the drive through every thing was cold. What a waste of time and money. So disappointed once again.
