Worst Wendy's experience EVER! They told us to pull ahead and wait for our food. After sitting there for 10 whole minutes, we went inside only to find our food just sitting there getting cold. Absolutely no sense of urgency or care! And to top it off, when we asked for hot sauce, they had the nerve to say it was in the bag, but guess what? NO HOT SAUCE!
