Incompetent leadership will be the downfall of fast food. Poorly trained staff and an inability to adhere to standards ruin the experience that made giants of these franchises. Worst Wendy's experience EVER! They told us to pull ahead and wait for our food. After sitting there for 10 whole minutes, we went inside only to find our food just sitting there getting cold. Absolutely no sense of urgency or care! And to top it off, when we asked for hot sauce, they had the nerve to say it was in the bag, but guess what? NO HOT SAUCE! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Insanely slow
The patties are pre cooked and just sitting there till order they are dry and cold Wendy famous saying we cook it when you order it is not true here just awful and the price come on if it was 5.00 I would not complain you get what you pay for but since I spent 25.00 I surely did not get what I paid for sad sad and shame on you Wendy’s remove your statement it is always fresh Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
