Randy's Rib Shack - Waldo

I really enjoy the food at Randy's Rib Shack—it's excellent! I highly recommend stopping by to savor the delicious seafood and ribs they offer. Food: 4/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.

My family of three visited this restaurant, and we were very disappointed with the service. We were ignored for 45 minutes while a waitress simply stared at us and attended to other guests. After waiting without being served, we decided to leave. It seems like the business might have struggled since COVID, and honestly, I think it serves them right given how they treated us as polite and patient customers.

The restaurant is hardly ever open, and their hours are quite strange. I've also noticed that I rarely see anyone eating there or even hanging out. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant. I attempted to visit about six weeks ago, only to find a note saying they were closed. I returned four weeks later and found no note, but they were closed again. There was no information on their website, Facebook, Yelp, or Google. It was a frustrating 45-minute drive out of my way, especially since a simple update could have prevented this. It seems like a management issue.

I really wish there was something I could do to help yall be open on Thursday and Friday too... yall are hidden in a small corner of Waldo but should be blowing up huge for the whole world to see and know about. We love the food and always look forward to eating here. It's really awesome.
