I’m giving this 5 star as it’s exactly what it says on the tin. It’s obviously not a gourmet restaurant with a famous chef… it’s a hungry horse chain. I had the fish and chips and it was nice, not sure it could have been any better for the price. They also serve brewdog beer which was nice. There were a lot of families in there and this meant it was loud but there was an 18+ area if you wanted to sit away from the noise which is nice.

Tasty food, a different menu compared to some other pubs and a lovely setting with quick friendly service. Great value for money. What's not to like?! Been here a few times and will keep coming. Cheers to all the staff!

I live nearby and have never had a bad steak here. Although Kevin, the manager, is no longer with them, the staff always greets you with a warm welcome. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
