eating was great, customer service top-tier, and can always have a friendly chat with the personal. the young burk on the floor is very friendly and fast. a very good place to eat and in any case would recommend. View all feedback.

My partner ordered a small donor kebab tonight for himself which was correct but my order wasn't. I asked for a large tray of donor meat which was meant to be on a nan bread and he also ticked I would like garlic sauce but all I got was a tray of meat, no nan and no sauce! View all feedback.
I used to frequent this restaurant often, but I no longer do. In the past 6 months, they have increased their prices twice. Additionally, their delivery driver does not know how to use a gate and instead remains in his car and calls for you to come to him to pick up your food. This service comes with an additional £2 charge, which I don't think should be necessary if the driver is unable to properly deliver the food.
I order from this restaurant regularly, but the last few times the chicken burger has been terrible. It is extremely difficult to eat because it is so hard. I'm not sure what they are doing to it, but it is as hard as smashing a window. In addition, one specific driver never gets out of his car to knock on the door for delivery. Instead, he just sits there or calls you to come outside to get your food. This is not how a door-to-door delivery service should operate.
Pizzas had over 2 crust. means less cheese and other topping all around. 16 pizza looked like 12 and 12 looked like 9 not to mention only 3 tubs of souce were given for every 4 16 pizzas.Wont be ordering from here again. not impress at all. double pepperoni pizza had hardly any peperoni on it. I wonder what would have looked the normal peperoni. disapponintment. Price were higher than their menu advertised too.
Grilled chicken was burnt, bland taste of prawn biryani, never going to order again. Waste of money.
This was our First order in quite a while it didn’t disappoint. The food was lovely still hot, and was delivered 10 minutes earlier than expected. Thank you Shanices we will be ordering from you again very soon
